Geoserver Extractor needs to handle the errors of processing a zipfile
Errors:
1. there are more than one shapefiles (checking .shp files)
2. there is a folder at the root of the zip file instead of files
3. Missing necessary files such as .shp, .shx, .dbf, .prj

Then, stop processing the zip file and leave a comment with the error message
