sead-demo is set up to allow anonymous read access, but ocassionally, going to its /acr URL shows the login screen rather than going directly to the data page. A browser refresh always seems to fix it. It could be some race condition in async calls or an error on the server - just guessing. It may also be related to having expired session cookies in the browser - I'm using one that's been open a while and used to login/logout from many of our servers.

The overall goal is to fix this so that going to /acr always goes straight to the default data landing page when we're configured to allow anonymous access (enableAnonymous true and anonymous has view privileges)
