Update the annotation options for nced and nced2 to include useful entries from the default list (e.g. removing things like cromulence) plus the set of new terms being added via the csv2rdf tool and nced spreadsheet plus other terms suggested by the group as being nced relevant (e.g. adding 4 data levels, something for ODM site (is this one we added on the main sead.ncsa instance already?), etc.
