When clicking on a collection that was already ingested (from "Upload data" page, after clicking "View collections to publish", in the left column), the system returns a message that is hard to understand and act on (see attached image). How can a user clear checkpointing?

We need to change UI to either not show ingested data on the left or mark data as ingested and requesting the user to re-ingest.
