Dharma found a bug - 404 page when trying to download a file from the VA.

Example:
http://seadva.d2i.indiana.edu:8181/sead-access/#entity;http://bluespruce.pti.indiana.edu:8181/dcs-nced/entity/4770

Fix (To do):

1. A link like the one below should appear when one clicks on download. However an older prefix appears with 'sead-wf' instead of 'dcs-nced'

2. Download service throws transient stream closed error (for SDA alone). This bug was previously fixed, but it seems to have reappeared.
