Users wanted to be able to geolocate items using feature names - can we link to a gazetteer service to support this? Minimally, I think this should work for point data / geolocating docs and images. For layers, I'm not sure what might make sense (if anything) since they already have their extents. Could/should the gazetteer be a way to focus/filter in the geobrowser? (Perhaps an admin could set a default feature focus that would be the starting view for the geobrowser (helping with the scalability issue we have now in trying to show all data)?)
