Need to have a metadata term that describes the connection from Medici to NCED. For ex. From the Medici dataset page (typically a collection or a subcollection) of StreamLab06_Data/Photos, we need to have a link to the new NCED interface at http://nced.ncsa.illinois.edu/contents.html?i=tag:cet.ncsa.uiuc.edu,2008:/bean/Collection/9053c646-9303-43c4-96c2-33ce7adea149&t=Photos. And we need a metadata term to represent this link.
