In 1.5, we provide information in the project spaces to those who have access about the uploader and creator name. However, not everyone has access, and data producers have indicated they would like visitors to have contact info even if they can't see data. In 1.5 we also provide link to VIVO profile for data archived through the VA (assuming they have a VIVO profile).
