Evaluate the chosen library and determine and implement the best way to update the client side option lists in real-time as the user is selecting and removing users at different levels.

The ideal behavior would be that if a user is added with a certain role, they are removed as options from the other roles, since a user can only have one role. Conversely, if a user is assigned to a certain role, and is removed (de-selected) from that role, all the roles should again have that user as an option.
