The update to Preferences appears to have broken the code to get the value in the publication request. Flag was set for https://sead2.ncsa.illinois.edu/spaces/curations/56cc82c7e4b0c3d1897ef0d1, but it does not appear in the request at seadva-test. (Purpose is still listed in the @context though...
