Add endpoint to ExecutionsResource to return executions by user and date specified, this should support paging as well. We should use the following logic:

1) If a date is provided and no pagination, the find all executions by user greater than date.

2) If a data is provided and uses pagination, find all less than the date and for the page/size requested.
