CATS-1001: Retain advanced search results when clicking back button
Populate form fields when resending query from URL querystring parameters, save grouping as querystring, refactoring to avoid duplicating calls to GET metadata definitions

Allow files status to be set to ARCHIVED using API endpoint. When set to ARCHIVED users is prompted to send email to admins when trying to download file.
