Taylor Wise Taylor Wise a1f7153a131c8d79861683c44cc250423f082f8f Fixes issue where test instantiates and initializes a Debugger, adds it to Daffodil and enables debugging but does not correspondingly disable and remove the Debugger after the test has completed.
Failure to remove the Debugger and disable
debugging was causing random tests to fail
in SBT but not in Eclipse.  A ticket (DFDL-790)
was created specifically to investigate this.

Some of the jobs or stages referenced by this result no longer exist.

Restarting failed/incomplete builds only is not possible as some of the affected jobs no longer exist.
