Background
With the NDS/ESIP MOU, we are interested in exploring how NDS can support ESIP pilots going forward. ESIP provided three different pilot proposals and we agreed that the ESIPhub project led by NCAR seemed best-suited to pilot the MOU process.

- Jupyter Notebooks are widely adopted and have potential to accelerate adoption of community approaches and best practices, but more infrastructure is needed.

- Propose installing JupyterHub on ESIP Cloud resources
- Multi-user login with ESIP authentication
