As a Brown Dog Administrator I want to disable content based bindings to prevent endless loops.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Open the binding dialog. Click on "Advanced" button for an enabled binding
2. Click off the content-based binding checkbox
3. Save bindings
4. Content-based binding has been removed from RabbitMQ.
5. Extractor binding is still in place
6. Open the binding dialog. Click on "Advanced" button for an enabled binding
7. Click on the content-based binding checkbox
8. Save bindings
9. Content-based binding has been enabled in RabbitMQ.
10. Extractor binding is still in place
