Stop Extractor/Converter

      As a Brown Dog Administrator I want to stop an extractor/converter so I can pause processing of requests.

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Select a deployed extractor/converter
      2. Click on the stop button
      3. All running instances of the extractor/converter are terminated
      4. Queue remains intact
