Destroy a deployed extractor/converter

      As a Brown Dog Administrator I want to destroy a deployed extractor/converter so that it no longer is consuming resources.

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Click on a running extractor/converter
      2. Click on the destroy button
      3. Prompted with warning 
      4. Accept warning
      5. All instances are stopped
      6. The queue is deleted
      7. Bindings are deleted
      8. The extractor/converter no longer shows up in the list of deployed tools
