Admin User Can Override Extractor Queue Name

      As a Brown Dog Administrator I want to be able to override an extractor's default queue name so I can control the queues in my vhost.

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Select an extractor to deploy
      2. In the deploy tools page override the default queue name
      3. Deploy the script to a cluster
      4. Verify in the RabbitMQ admin application that the desired queue was created
      5. Verify that the service name ends with the new queue name
