As a Brown Dog Administrator I want to be able to override the default queue name for a converter so I can manage the queues in my vhost.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Select a converter script to deploy
2. Override the default queue name
3. Deploy the converter
4. Use the RabbitMQ Admin application to see that the new queue is created
5. Verify that the deployed service name is based on the new queue name
