In the "Manage User" page for the default space (such as "ecgs-dev" on ecgs-dev.ncsa.illiois.edu), when adding a user to the "Admin" or other roles, hit the "Submit" button, there was no response. Deleting a user from the roles worked.

Confirmed that this issue existed on both ecgs-dev 0.9.2#139 and in the latest build 0.9.2#165 with Luigi.

When adding the user and hitting "submit", clowder.log showed:
