WOLF-286 will change DataWolf's /datasets endpoint to check the X-Userinfo or Authorization header to determine if the user can access the dataset being requested. X-Userinfo is a header that is included in the request from Kong to the service so it should just be a matter of finding it in the incoming request and attaching it to the request going to datawolf from the service.
