for the current gd3, 

on trends sensor page, after any changes ( like select a parameter), gd3 does ADD_CHOOSE_TRENDS & UPDATE_TRENDS_REGIONS_POINTS action for each sensor.

the second action is not required since we are going to use another geostream api to get the result of trends by region. 

both code in index.js & chooseTrends.js need to be removed.
