      Use the endpoints created at: https://opensource.ncsa.illinois.edu/bitbucket/projects/GEOD/repos/geo-temporal-api-v2/pull-requests/3/overview

      to populate the graphs for trends details and trends by region

      do we still need this for GLM, i.e. only show sensors that has data longer than 10 years?

      in action/index.js:

      argument "type" is not necessary for fetchTrends, it can be decided by view-type. 

      also, almost all arguments for fetchTrends can be get from state, no need to get them in each function, just get within fetchTrends
