Description
Per meeting with Dr. McIsaac, the output for the Nitrate model should also include the Annual Load (Column Y in the provided Excel Sheet).
Keep in Mind: Currently we display Metric Units throughout the Geodashboard. NLRS uses English units - do we want to provide a converted output as well? We could provide it as an option in the future UI utility. This may or may not lead to the creation of a new task, or addition of work to another future task.
