Create a report based on a QC workflow with actors relevant to the use case (mapping terms) that highlights issues in a DarwinCore archive that are likely to arise from problems in mapping data from its source onto DarwinCore terms. Propose enhancements in the form of changes to mapping.

Report concerns a resource of type data set, reporting on the aggregate.

Actors could assess unique values that are expected to follow controlled vocabularies, test for expected data types (numeric, string, single word string, pipe delimited string list, ISO date, etc.), report on fields that would be expected to be populated (occurrenceId, datum if lat/long, basis of record, country code, etc), test for systematic transposition of latitude/longitude, etc.
