Currently, the web application only uses kurator-akka. We'd like to demonstrate some domain specific functionality. The proof of concept WoRMSNameCurator actor in kurator-validation is a suitable target for this.

Add kurator-validation to pom for kurator-web. Add a workflow with csv loader, wormsnamecurator, csv writer. Add a test data set (pending KURATOR-205) Integrate into hello world application.
