As mentioned in NDS-111, our Dockerfiles for Clowder, as well as many of the git repos that they pull from, do not seem to follow a proper versioning scheme. This makes it very difficult (if not impossible) to run a particular experiment against a particular version of the code.

Since one of the goals of NDS Labs (and science in general) is the reproducibility of experiments in specific systems, this is a serious problem that we must address.
