      Similar to NDS-82, this story is complete when we are able to bring up an environment similar to the following in Kubernetes:

      NDS-82 took care of the Clowder, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and extractor portions of this task, but remaining are ElasticSearch and terratoolsrv We want to be able to easily bring up scalable ElasticSearch and terratoolsrv pods, similar to what we now have available for Clowder.
