Since the backend REST API will be generated via Swagger, there are tools out there that will take the spec that swagger produces and generate the code that AngularJS needs to communicate with it.

One such tool is swagger-js-codegen, which seems to be able to generate such AngularJS code.

The goal of this story is to investigate the viability of using this tool, and if possible to use it to generate the services that Angular needs to communicate with the backend REST API.
