The original ELK stack work for NDS-92 pre-dates the current NDSLabs architecture. This task encompasses revisiting the ELK stack implementation and refactoring as needed to enable running as a stack in an NDSLabs project. This includes:

• Conversion from Kubernetes specs to NDSLabs service definitions
• Adding support for the special Docker socket volume used by logspout
• Modifying logspout to support constraining to watch for pods in a namespace
• Possibly modifying logspout to support monitoring /var/log (instead of just stdout) or modifying other services to output to stdout/stderr
