As a user, my session should only timeout if I am not performing any actions. In this context, an "action" is an XHR request or a page navigation.

Since the wizard's Next/Back buttons do not technically lead to a new page navigation or an XHR request, the user can sometimes "Confirm" a lengthy configuration process, only to be bounced to the login screen because their session expired. This can get very annoying with long, complex configurations.

      See https://github.com/nds-org/ndslabs/issues/26 for more information

This story is complete when performing a wizard navigation (Next/Back) refreshes your auth token, and any stale modals are closed when user's session ends.
