Determine what services and issues have problems/failures when rolling update is enabled

1. Bring up production cluster
2. Add user and start significant stacks - developer (if available), dataverse, clowder
3. Note all running pods, services, endpoints, etc. - i.e. cluster info dump
4. Create anisble playbook to enable rolling updates on all cluster nodes
5. Deploy and trigger rolling updates
6. Dump all cluster info w.r.t. running services and compare to pre-update
7. Report on issues and issue tickets to fix
