The current catalog search functionality allows the user to perform a primitive text-search on the catalog of JSON service specs in the user's catalog. This assumes that the user already knows what they want to run and is familiar enough with items on the list to recognize their functionality by name.

We should offer a richer system of categorization to allow the user to explore the catalog more thoroughly. Once the discussion from NDS-187 has concluded, I will update this ticket to be more specific about the categories / facets / filters / tags approach that we decide on.

This ticket is complete when the user is able to filter and explore the options in the catalog using the system decided by NDS-187.
