Now that we have docker:dind working, we can re-test Eclipse che. Create and test Eclipse-che service based on the docker:dind model and report findings.

Che's performance is still not spectacular in Labs Workbench even with the revelation of DinD, but I have heard rumors that Che can now run natively in Kubernetes. More investigation is needed into whether this is a viable devenv option for our platform.
