While the new "Edit Spec" UI covers 95% of the desired functionality, several spec fields still cannot be edited from this view.

Missing fields include:

• command
• args
• readiness probe
• maintainer
• logo
• search / filter tags (done as part of NDS-364)
• git repositories
• developer environment ---> table (assume this will become a list eventually?)
• access: external | internal | none (is this still necessary?) ---> combobox (default to external?)
• display: stack | standalone | none (is this still necessary?) ---> checkbox (assume boolean)

This task is complete when the necessity of allowing users to freely edit the above fields have been discussed thoroughly and any necessary fields have been added to the "Edit Spec" UI.
