kmchenry and kturner brought up a few things during our Friday (8/19) demo of the e-mail verification and account approval workflow.

Things that were specifically mentioned:

1. "Create Account" button should read more like "Request Account" or "Request Access" done as a part of NDS-443
2. In one or more of the messages to the user, indicate a reasonable upper limit on how long NDS Labs support staff will take to accept or deny their request (7 days?)
   • Probably should be included in the "Your e-mail has been verified" e-mail, if such an e-mail is currently being sent
3. In the case of a HTTP 409 on /register (i.e. username or e-mail address is already taken), we should link to the "reset your password" page, as it is likely that the user simply forgot that they had already signed up or has forgotten their password
   • The only concern here is what happens if a user is unapproved? Resetting their password will not help in this case, as they will be unable to log in anyways
   • Perhaps we should tweak our error messages for invalid login to something that might indicate that their account status. We should discuss this in more detail
