Apparently Fedora doesn't play well with our TLS setup out-of-the-box. The landing page works fine, but clicking the button over to the REST endpoint reveals a CSS error on the UI.
Apparently, this is simply a display error that is innocuous to the functionality of the REST endpoint, which should still work as expected. (This needs to be confirmed)
The following error shows up in the Developer Console when this error occurs:

This ticket is complete when we have:
- Confirmed that the REST endpoint is unaffected by the HTTPS "Mixed-Content" error
- Triage the SSL error(s) - see if we can trace down the root cause and attempt to fix anything we reasonably can
