With the release of Clowder 1.0, the timing of their startup process has changed slightly.

This begs the question: What do we do if specs must differ between different versions of the software? Is this a pattern that we have established dataverse-solr / solr6?

This ticket is complete when we have:

• updated the readinessProbe in clowder.json to more closely match the new startup timings we expect to see in Clowder 1.x
• discussed the implications of the above problem and ways that we could potentially tackle these types of discrepancies going forward
