NDS Sprint 45, NDS Sprint 46
Commercial cloud providers will not have build-in GlusterFS support, but may support other persistent volume options (e.g., AzureFile).
Add support for alternate volume types that use Kubernetes storage drivers instead of hostPath (E.g., NFS, GlusterFS, AzureFile).
We now have working Rook but we need to also confirm with AWS/GCE; do we need to retain Gluster support for non-Rook environments?
Developer environment needs to support hostpath. NFS mounts are still good for storage condo and TERRA.
