The purpose of this ticket is to remove any unneeded dependencies from the ir-tools pom.xml.

Specifically, the following dependencies should be examined to determine whether any of them could be removed:

• org.wikimedia:mwdumper:jar:1.16
• indri:indri:jar:5.11
• mallet:mallet:jar:0.1
• mallet-deps:mallet-deps:jar:0.1
• ssj:ssj:jar:0.1
• org.sweble.wikitext:swc-engine:jar:1.0.0

Any unpublished JARs that are absolutely required will need to be published to OSSRH under our new project (see NDS-870)

This ticket is complete when the above list is as short as possible.
