As a SEAD user I want a Project Space's landing page to present more information than just "request access." As a Project Space owner, I also want something that functions better as a public facing page for my project.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. On a project space's page for non-members of that space show project space name, logo, description, external link, and banner URL (if provided by the project space); number of members, number of datasets, and number of collections.

2. If the user is logged into SEAD, but is not a member of the space, at the bottom of the page place the "request access" button.

3. If the user is not logged into SEAD, they still see the "request access" button but it takes them to log in page that informs them that they must be logged in to do that action.
