Migrate SEAD 1 spaces to SEAD 2.0

      We will be shutting down SEAD1 (1.5) on April 1, 2017. As a result, we need to migrate some of the project spaces, people, and data. All content published through SEAD (whether via SEAD1 or SEAD2 should appear on the SEAD published list of SEAD2).

      We plan to accomplish migration through Jim's API method.

      Questions:
      1. What should files without a collection go into in 2.0 since 2.0 doesn't allow files outside of a dataset? I think having each item in its own dataset is not desirable. Possible options: group in dataset based on upload date?
      2. 1.5 collections and their metadata should migrate to 2.0 as datasets... ie the collection title in 1.5 becomes the dataset title in 2.0. The files in the 1.5 collections become the files in the dataset in 2.0.
      3. 1.5 child collections and their metadata should migrate to 2.0 as dataset folders and subfolders.

      1. All project spaces that should be migrated--users, data, and metadata-appear in SEAD2 (Each space has its own subtask).
      2. Spaces (users, data, and metadata) that are not being migrated are deleted.
