What went wrong during the sprint cycle?
- Nebula issues burnt lots of time
- Context switching between projects is hard
- No easily digestible tasks to pull off the list
- Still have lots in review at the end of sprint
- "Day of the data" should've resulted in things being pulled out of sprint
What could we do differently to improve?
- Pull things out of sprint when something comes up – be more rigorous about sprint integrity
- More transparency and team commitment
- More project direction
- Accept that we have the story and detail it out later
- Pull things out of sprint when something comes up – be more rigorous about sprint integrity
